Why Should Bolts Be Hot-dip Galvanized

Hot dip galvanized bolt is a useful metal anti-corrosion method, which is mainly used in metal structure equipment in various industries. It is to immerse the derusted steel parts into the molten zinc melted at about 500 ℃, so that the zinc layer is attached to the surface of the steel members, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion.

Cold galvanizing, generally speaking, does not need to be heated, and the amount of galvanizing is very small. This kind of galvanized parts simply fall off in a humid environment.
